Position 1: Relationship Manager – Governmental Enterprise I
JOB SUMMERY
The job holder is responsible for attracting new customers’ strengthening and managing the financial relationship with existing customers to meet given targets in resource mobilizations and ensuring that assigned customers are getting the right service at the right time. He/she is responsible for selling designed products for the sector, and enhance the value-add relationship with existing and new customers. This incorporates prospecting and acquiring new customers and pursuing incremental business within the existing customers, as well as managing customer expectations to sustain the business relationship
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
Work Experience: a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in banking sector, three (3) of which is at a supervisory role
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory

JOB SUMMERY
The job holder is responsible for attracting, deepening and managing financial relationship to meet deposit and loans growth goals, achieve business growth for the Bank by selling Corporate Banking Unit products within assigned sector, and by promoting and selling other products and services of the Bank to enhance value-add relationship with existing customers. This incorporates prospecting and acquiring new customers, and pursuing incremental business within the existing customers, as well as managing customer expectations to sustain the business relationship
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
Work Experience: a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in banking sector, three (3) of which is at supervisory role
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory

Position 6: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance and Economics plus minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory

Position 7: Branch Manager – Class II Branch
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
