Job Requirement
- Qualification: BS.c / BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Communication, Computer Science or related field of study.
- Work Experience: 2 years of experience in a Call Center service.

- Proven interpersonal communication and leadership skills,
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required,
- fluency in Amharic, English, Afan Oromo, Tigrigna, or Somali (both spoken and written) is highly desirable,
