AYAT Share Company would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Construction Engineer

About the Job

Oversee the daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors.

Ensure that work is progressing according to the project schedule.

Monitor quality control measures and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and suppliers.

Interpret and understand construction drawings and specifications.

Provide technical guidance to construction crews.

Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during construction.

Implement and enforce safety procedures on the construction site.

Conduct safety inspections and audits.

Identify and address potential safety hazards.

Establish and implement quality control measures.

Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards.

Document quality control findings and take corrective actions as needed.

Track project progress and identify any deviations from the schedule.

Prepare progress reports and updates for project management. 47

Monitor project costs and identify potential cost-saving measures.

Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Construction management, Civil Engineering or relevant fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience.

Position 2: General Foreman

About the Job

Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and according to project plans and specifications.

Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.

Coordinate work schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely project completion.

Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications.

Document quality control findings and take corrective actions as needed.

Conduct regular inspections of work performed and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.

Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.

Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols on-site to protect workers and minimize hazards.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Address and resolve any safety concerns or incidents that occur on-site.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise.

Facilitate communication between the construction team and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work progress, equipment usage, and labor hours.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Construction management, Civil Engineering or relevant fields of study with a minimum of (4) years of demonstrated experience OR Diploma or equivalent in Construction or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience.

Position 3: Senior Planning and Monitoring Engineer

About the Job

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.

Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. I

dentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Implement systems for tracking project performance, including key performance indicators.

Conduct regular project reviews and assessments and ensure alignment with project plans and objectives.

Prepare and present detailed progress reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure adequate resource allocation and availability for projects.

Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for adjustments.

Track project expenditures and compare them with budget forecasts.

Identify cost overruns or discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare and maintain financial reports related to project costs and budgets.

Evaluate and enhance project management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to drive continuous improvement.

About You

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related fields of study with a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience.

Position 4: Office Engineer

About the Job

Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.

File all project documents accurately and make them easily accessible for team members.

Assist in the preparation and review of technical reports, project plans, and engineering drawings.

Coordinate with engineers and construction teams and resolve technical issues and provide solutions.

Check that all engineering and construction activities comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.

Track project progress and assist in the preparation of progress reports and status updates.

Provide administrative support to the Engineering and Construction Manager, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project files.

Assist in the preparation of project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.

About You

Master’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related f ields of study with a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related f ields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience.

Position 5: Senior Accountant

About the Job

Check that all account receivable transactions are complying with the Company’s financial policies and procedure.

Check all recorded invoices and credit notes are correct in respect of codes and debtor.

Receive payment by cash, cheque, or vouchers.

Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

Liaise with the sales team to ensure that customer invoicing and credit notes process and transactions comply with the rules, policies and procedures.

Maintain effective filing systems for all accounts receivable reports and source documents.

Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts and locate and monitor overdue accounts using computers and other systems.

Update receivables by calculating unpaid invoices.

Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers.

Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history and credit line in collaboration with collections team.

Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinate monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verify totals and prepare report.

Provide monthly reporting on all debtors to Manager, Transaction Processing.

Manage the aging in the WIP account on the balance sheet by preparing month-end reports.

Review and verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation for accuracy and 73 compliance with company policies.

Reconcile accounts payable with supplier statements, resolving discrepancies and managing disputes.

Maintain a detailed record of payment transactions, ensuring they are properly documented and recorded in the financial system.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience.

Position 6: Sales Officer

About the Job

Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

Build and nurture relationships with customers.

Conduct property tours, presentations, and consultations with customers.

Address customer inquiries, provide information and guidance throughout the buying process.

Provide exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.

Conduct a post sale followup and address issues and inquiries.

Gather and analyze customer feedback.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience.
