Position 1: Marketing Officer
Qualifications:
BA Degree in Sales and Marketing
1 Year relevant experience in Marketing Officer/related job position
Understanding of core marketing concepts, branding and customer behavior
Assist in preparing promotional materials
Strong written and verbal communication for team collaboration and marketing outreach
Having good basic computer and email communication skill
Accuracy in handling marketing materials, reports and event support tasks
Skilled in email communication, reporting, and formal correspondence
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 4
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages(Arabic and Chinese) are a plus
People required: 4
Position 2: Sales Officer
Qualifications:
BA Degree in Sales and Marketing
1 Year relevant experience in Sales Officer/related job position
Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships
Experienced with fast moving goods, product features, pricing and benefits
Rich experience in handling pricing, terms, and deal closures effectively
Skilled in monitoring competitors activity and market trends
Rich experience to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
Skilled ensuring accurate and timely order placement and follow up
Having experience in tracking sales performance and prepare regular reports Experience in working with marketing, warehouse and logistics teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
People required: 22
Position 3: Division Head of Market Research and Development
Qualifications:
BA Degree in Sales and Marketing
3 Years relevant experience in Market Research and Development/related division head position
Having experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on markets, competitors and customers’ needs
Ability to identify market gaps and lead the developments or improvements of products and services
Skilled in turning research insights into actionable strategies
Proficient in presenting research findings clearly to guide decision making and planning
Rich skill in understating customer behaviors and preferences to guide marketing and sales
Experienced in leading research and development projects from planning to execution
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good knowledge of English(spoken & written), basic communication in Arabic and Chinese is a strong advantage
Salary: Negotiable with attractive benefits/incentives.
Terms of Employment: Permanent after probation period.
Location: Addis Ababa
