Beijo Holding PLC Unit would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Real Estate Agents
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, or architect, civil engineer, construction technology and management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil engineer, construction technology and management.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and the local property market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft application.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and mobile applications for managing referrals and client interactions.
- Ability to use social media and other online tools for marketing and lead generation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with property owners, buyers, tenants, and team members.

Salary: Gross ETB 25,000 + Sales Commission + Other Benefits (per company policy)
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Reception
Qualifications:
- Degree in administration, management, secretarial studies, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, email, management software).
- Strong customer service skills, professional appearance, and attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English and/or Amharic (additional languages are a plus).
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Executive Secretary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in handling legal and contractual documents related to real estate transactions.
