Position 1: Automotive Sales Person
Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Person plans, coordinates and execute on a day to day sales activity of vehicles to a direct customers visiting the show room.
Car Salesman Responsibilities
- Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
- Demonstrating vehicle features.
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
- Maintaining reporting structures ‘and recording sales and inventory.
- Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
- Assisting with the setup of showroom and promotional displays

Job Requirements
Car Salesman Qualifications
- BSC in automotive, mechanical engineering or related field
- 5 years minimum automotive sales proven track record
- A proven track record in motor vehicle sales is a must.
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
- The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client’s best interests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Position 2: Financial Accounting Division Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
The Financial Accounting Division Manager plans, coordinates and supervises the activities of the Division. He/she is responsible for establishing, operating, monitoring and periodically summarizing the extent of financial operations and performance of the Company. He/she certifies vouchers after verification.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Responsibility 1: Financial Services
- Plans, directs and supervises the work of the Division and ensures that the financial operations are properly carried out;
- Develops mechanisms to ensure that operations of Belay and Tesfa trading Plc are implemented in cost- effective manner;
- Ensures that books of accounting are maintained, checks, receipts and other financial documents are kept properly and that they are safeguarded against misuse;
- Analyzes records of current and past operations to determine trends;
- Oversees and ensures the timely and accurate submission of all tax payments to the Revenue and Customs Authority;
- Approve and verify daily sales and cash receipt journals;
- Check daily transaction of journal vouchers;
- Verifies and ensures that the required documentation and authorization is presented before effecting daily payments ;
- Provides financial advice to managers, division heads and staff to enable them to achieve their objectives;
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the Financial Accounts Division;
- Verifies and certifies various division assets to be used and safeguarded properly;
- Ensures that legal financial obligations are met, receivables are collected and financial documents are handled properly;
- Schedules the settlement of all legal financial obligations of the Company;
- Recommends the action to be taken against customers with outstanding balances for a long time;
- Oversees the administration of any bank loans and payments;
- Makes the necessary entry for adjustments and corrections.
- Forwards explanations for enquiries of internal and external auditors concerning costs and budget issues;
Job Responsibility 2: Staff Management & Reporting
- Directs, leads, guides, supports and controls the staff responsible to him/her to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all companies targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards;
- Identifies the training needs of the employees in the Division, and recommends the type of training that has to be given;
- Completes all performance management activities including: performance planning, monitoring, and annual performance appraisals.
- Prepares periodical reports such as Profit & Loss statement, Balance sheet, Notes to the accounts, Aged customer statements, Payables statements, Schedule of depreciation, Sales comparison report with budget and with prior periods, Expense reports and other reports as the need arise and submits to the GM/DGM

Job Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
- BA in accounting/MA in Finance
- 8/5 years and above work experience in Automotive company
- Experience in Automotive industry and agricultural export is a must.
