Belaya Industrial Plc would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Marketing & Sales Manager

Job Requirement

Education:

• MSc/MA/ BSc/BA In Marketing Management, Economics, Business Administration

Experience

• 8 or 10 years relevant work experience out of which 5/7 years in supervisory position
• Preferably in Water Bottling min 2 years as Sales and Marketing Manager

Skill and Competencies

• Strong team management and coaching ability.
• Ability to interpret data for sales forecasting and market trends.
• Effective negotiation and presentation skills
• Capability to plan long-term goals and adapt to market changes

Remuneration / Salary: Negotiable

Workplace: Head Office Addis Ababa

Position 2: Plant (Factory) Manager

Job Requirement

Education

• BSc. /B.Sc., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Food engineering, Industrial Chemistry and other related fields. Having MBA or management degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 10/8 years of experience in the field from which 5 years are in food and beverages industries on Senior Management position.
• Proven track record of managing factories in the beverages and bottled water sectors in particular.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of planning and Performance management.
• Decision-making and leadership skills.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of factory/Plant management.

Having Certifications in quality/ Food management systems is preferable

Remuneration / Salary: Negotiable

Work Place: Sululta, Oromiya
