Position 1: – Customer Service Officer
Education: BA in Accounting, Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Insurance or related.
Work Experience: One (1) Year Banking Experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or Equivalent
Duty Station/Workplace/: For East District Awash 7 killo, Babile, Dire Dawa, Harar, Arsi Robe, Dolo Ado, Hirna, Iteya, Jigjiga, Logia Branches
For South District Branches; Aleta Chuko, Aleta Wondo, Deraro, Jinka, Negele, Shinshicho, Dimtu, Gimbichu, Birbir, Derakebado, Damboya, Bele Hawassa, Moyale Bale Robe, Areka, Bahil Adarash, Yirgalem, Sike Danema, Shashemene Arada, Yirga Chefe, Bule Hora, Batu, Adola Wayu, Mudula, Humbo, Yirgachefe and Shakiso Branches
Position 2: – Senior Customer Service Officer
Education: BA in Accounting, Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Insurance or related.
Work Experience: Three (3) years of Banking experience as Customer Service Officer
Duty station: For South District Branches; Mudula, Sike Danema and Adola Wayu Branches
