This objective has been ensured in Article 3 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
The Bank was registered and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on 27 June 2009 with a paid up capital of Birr 95.7 Million divided in to shares of Birr 1,000 and an authorized capital of Birr 300 Million.
Berhan Bank S.C would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Senior Fraud and IT Risk Officer
Education Level Relevant: BA/BSc in IT, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience: Minimum 7 years as Fraud and IT Risk Officer or equivalent
Place of Work: Head Office
Job Type: Full-time
Position 2: Senior Business Risk and Control Officer
Education Level Relevant: BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics, or related field
Experience: Minimum 7 years as Business Risk and Control Officer or equivalent

Position 3: Senior Credit Risk Officer
Education Level Relevant: BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics, or related field
Experience: Minimum 7 years as Credit Risk Officer or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time
Position 4: Manager – Enterprise Risk Division
Education Level Relevant: BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics, or related field
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Banking, including 5 years as Head of Enterprise Risk Section or equivalent
