JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a General Manager in a pharmaceutical import company.
• Adequate experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and international suppliers
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and import procedures in Ethiopia
• Excellent strategic planning and decision-making ability
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain systems
• Financial management and budgeting skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Position 2: TECHNICAL MANAGER
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm). (Licensed Pharmacist).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Manager in a pharmaceutical import company.
Skills & Competencies:
• In-depth knowledge of EFDA guidelines and Ethiopian pharmaceutical import regulations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Amharic and English
• High level of integrity and professional ethics

Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: MARKETING OFFICER
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Licensed Pharmacist).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing within an import company.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret market trends
• Highly creative, with excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and MS Office
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: SALES OFFICER
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Licensed Pharmacist).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, specifically within the import sector.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
