Experience: a minimum of 3 years’ experience in documentation capabilities, business requirement Analyst and similar role with the financial technology sector is advantageous.\
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business and Requirement Analyst
Strong understanding of financial technology and its application within the industry is preferred.
Proficiency in documentation capabilities, including the ability to create detailed requirement documents and business process documentation
Familiarity with industry-standard analysis and documentation tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Prior experience in a similar role within the financial technology sector is advantageous
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial technology solutions and other housing solutions.
Translate business requirements into comprehensive documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and use cases
Work closely with development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of business requirements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies, particularly in relation to financial technology projects.

Job Requirement

Experience: a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in IT, software development, quality inspection, auditing and testing, project management
Skills:
The job holder is responsible for supporting IT project quality assurance and IT management activities
ensures that quality issues are assessed, and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked and resolved.
reviews quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
supports the IT change management initiatives and strategies
validates if comprehensive and well-structured test cases are provided by the responsible custodians.
Effective change management in software development ensures smooth transitions, minimizes risks, and keeps stakeholders engaged throughout the process.
Key skills include communication, adaptability, problem-solving, etc.
