Black Frog Trading would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Accountant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant
- Proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, and tax regulations.
- Experience with financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet financial deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve reporting.
- Work closely with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Telemarketing Manager
Qualifications:
- Qualifications:
- – BA in Marketing/Management or related.
- – 2-4 years in sales/telemarketing with leadership experience.
- – Excellent communication & people management skills.
- – Strong discipline and performance mindset.
Responsibilities:
– Lead & coach the telemarketing team.
– Drive appointment bookings & conversion rates.
– Monitor performance, enforce KPIs.
– Improve scripts, CRM usage & call discipline.
– Collaborate with surveying, sales & marketing teams.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
