Position: Business Assistant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Age: 25–35 years old.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- More than two years of experience in business-related matters.
- Basic Chinese proficiency is preferred.
- Willing to work primarily in Addis and travel to the factory Buie 1–2 times per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in completing material procurement tasks, including vendor sourcing, order tracking, and delivery follow-ups.
- Engage in business communications with government departments as needed, including document submission and permit follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and procurement-related records.
- Coordinate between the main office in Addis and the factory (visit required 1–2 times per month) to ensure smooth information and material flow.
- Support basic data entry, report generation, and expense tracking related to purchasing activities.
- Help resolve minor operational issues between suppliers, the factory, and internal teams.
