This full-time position is designed for junior-level professionals with 1-3 years of experience, based in an office environment in South Ethiopia Regional State Buie near to Butajera.
Blue Elephant Fiberboard Manufacturing would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Sales Representative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in an international company.
- Experience in selling materials or products outside of Ethiopia is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Chinese) is an advantage.
Required Skills:
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences through various channels.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing techniques.
- Compile and analyze sales reporting data to drive performance improvements.
- Foster strong customer relationships to enhance client retention.
- Engage in continuous learning to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
