Position 1: DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING AND ADVANCED LABORATORY CENTER BRANCH MANAGER
About You
Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science, Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, or related) is an advantage
Experience:
Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in diagnostic imaging and/or advanced laboratory services
At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound)
Knowledge of advanced laboratory systems and procedures
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation requirements
Leadership & Management Skills:
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage operations, budgets, and resources effectively
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams and patients
Ability to handle patient concerns professionally
Administrative & Analytical Skills:
Experience with reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring
Proficiency in healthcare management systems and basic computer applications
Personal Attributes:
High level of integrity and professionalism
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Commitment to quality patient care and continuous improvement
