Breakthrough Trading S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Junior Trainer

Main duties and responsibilities:

Under the general direction and guidance of Head, Training Coordination and Follow-up Division, work with advanced trainer in Planning and writing the training content and aid materials used during the training. Assist advanced trainer and senior trainer when they conduct research on the topics he is going to teach, by reading books, magazines, newspapers, etc. Collect feedback from the trainees at the end of the training.

Specific duties & responsibilities:

  • Work with advanced trainer in Planning and writing the training content and aid materials used during the training.
  • Assist advanced trainer and senior trainer when they conduct research on the topics he is going to teach, by reading books, magazines, newspapers, etc.
  • Be punctual and try not to be late to reach the training class and be exemplary to the trainees.
  • Deliver motivational speeches effectively in clear language, good experience sharing method and attractive gesture.
  • Always take attendance of trainees to make sure that they are attending the class.
  • Use various ways and methods of teaching to Brainstorm ideas and topics with trainees.
  • Use Question and answer teaching method to make the teaching task entertaining.
  • Before starting teaching ensure that the sound system, the power point and the light at the venue is working properly.
  • Have direct and proper eye contact with the audience while teaching.
  • Collect feedback from the trainees at the end of the training.
  • Performs related duties as may be required.

Education:

MA/BA in Business Management/Personnel Management or other related fields

Work Experience:

4/6 Years Related Experience

Special skill/Training

Workplace: Branch Office, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Intermediate Trainer

Main duties and responsibilities

Under the general direction and guidance of Head, Training Coordination and Follow-up Division, plan and write the training content and aid materials used during the training and submit to Head, Training Coordination and Follow-up Division. 3.2 Conduct research on the topics he is going to give by reading books, magazines, newspapers, etc. Deliver motivational speeches effectively in clear language, good experience sharing method and attractive gesture. Use maximum knowledge and capability to guide Trainees to find their purpose in life.

 Specific duties & responsibilities:

Position 4: Head, Branding and Digital Marketing Division

Main duties and responsibilities:

Under the general direction and supervision of the Marketing Directorate Director, translate brand elements into plan to motivate the target audience to take action. Lead creative Development to motivate the target audience to take action. Establish performance specifications, market application and sales estimates. Monitor Market trends, research customer markets and competitors activities. Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.

Specific duties & responsibilities:

  • Analyze brand Positioning and Customer insight.
  • Shape and Communicate our vision and mission.
  • Translate brand elements into plan to motivate the target audience to take action.
  • Lead creative Development to motivate the target audience to take action.
  • Establish performance specifications, market application and sales estimates.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIS,
  • Monitor Market trends, research customer markets and competitors activities.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Align the company around the brands directions, choices and tactics.
  • Prepares annual plan and budgets of branding and digital marketing activities.
  • Prepare performance report and submits submit to the director.
  • Coach, mentor and evaluate periodically the performances of employees within the unit and make sure that they acquire the necessary skills.
  • Performs other function as required.

Computer Programing and Software Development

Workplace: Branch Office, Addis Ababa

Position 5: Executive Secretary

Main duties and responsibilities:

Under the general direction and supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, maintain the diary and arrange board of directors and Chief Executive Officers appointments as necessary. Type and print reports, memos, minutes, letters etc. and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources. Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate. Receive incoming letters and submit to the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer; distribute letters/any other material to concerned bodies as directed by the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer.

    Specific duties & responsibilities:

  • Perform daily secretarial & office administrative matters.
  • Maintain the diary and arrange board of directors and Chief Executive Officers appointments as necessary.
  • Type and print reports, memos, minutes, letters etc. and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources.
  • Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.

  • Draft routine correspondence for approval and signature by the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer.
  • File all documents and maintain the office filing system and all personnel records.
  • Follow up of the implementation of the routine decisions made by the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer.
  • Organize & make arrangements for weekly, monthly and other periodic meetings in the board of directors  and Chief Executive Officer office
  • Operate standard office equipment such as Computers, photocopiers, Fax’s, etc.
  • Oversee the maintenance of secretarial standards throughout the company and contribute to the training of other secretaries.
  • Maintain and use stationary materials economically.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
