Position: Sales Representative (Outdoor Sales)
Education: Diploma in marketing, sales and other related field
only applicants who can start immediately
Additional Skill
Work as contract or commission based sales representative in ride hailing industry.
Understand Customer Service needs and requirement
Pitch and sell products or services by establishing contact with potential clients and building positive relationship
Deliver product demonstration to customers
Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting sales targets
Prepare and submit sales report to management
Stay up to date with product knowledge business flow, sales process and market trends
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns
Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customers
Driver Registration: Find and sign up new drivers for the ride hailing platforms
App Training: Teach drivers how to use the driver app, accept trips and maximize their earnings
Target Achievement: Hit daily or weekly goals for the number of active drivers registered
Field Promotion: Visit high traffic zones (malls, airports and taxi ranks) to promote the service.
Location: Addis Ababa
