Position 1: Head of English & School Education, Ethiopia
Role specific knowledge and experience:
Essential requirements:
• Postgraduate qualification in English, education, development studies, project management, or related field.
• Experience of managing education projects
• Experience of delivering externally funded projects or programmes
• Experience of overseeing monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) within projects and incorporating lessons learned from MEL into programmes and strategy
• Experience of engaging with diverse stakeholders, including multilateral agencies, donors, government officials, and academics

• Pay Band: 8
• Remuneration: ETB 135,068 per month
• Contract Duration: Three (3) Year Fixed Term Contract
• Contract Type: This role is being offered as a locally engaged for Ethiopia.
• Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Closing Date: July 27, 2025 (23:59 South African Time)
Position 2: Regional Senior Marketing Manager Arts
Requirements of the role:
A degree in marketing, communications or relevant discipline, or demonstrable equivalent level of experience
Experience in the cultural, education or charitable sectors
Experienced in the design and delivery of marketing strategies and plans to support programmes/products
Experience of conceiving and implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid activity
Experience of engaging audiences across a variety of channels and platforms
Experience of effective campaign evaluation.
Contract Duration: Two (2) Years Fixed Term
Locations: Open to candidates based in Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and Zambia
