Job Requirement
- Sadarkaa barnootaa (Education level) ትምህርት ደረጃ: Minimum of BA /MA degree in HRM/ Public Administration, management organizational psychology, sociology, organizational behavior or a related field of study specialized in training
- Leenjii fi dandeettii (Training /skill) ስልጠና እና ችሎታ: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Soft skill is required.
- Muuxannoo (Working Experience)ስራ ልምድ: 3/1 Years of relevant Experience for socials and for engineering respectively
- Sadarkaa (Grade) ደረጃ: 10
Mindaa (salary) ደመወዝ: 11,535.00
Position 2: Training & Development Section Head
Job Requirement
- Sadarkaa barnootaa (Education level) ትምህርት ደረጃ: BA/MA degree in HRM, HRD Business/Public Administration/Management, Organizational Development, psychology specialized in Training, or other related field of study specialized in Training & development.
- Leenjii fi dandeettii (Training /skill) ስልጠና እና ችሎታ: Facilitator skill, Instruction designing skill, Knowledge of technology, digital leaning and software utilization skill for training, interpersonal skills, presentation and training skill, manual preparation skill and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Muuxannoo (Working Experience)ስራ ልምድ: 5/3 years direct related work out of which 3/1 years in the in the Position as Head respectively. Experience in related industry is preferable.

Job Requirement
- Sadarkaa barnootaa (Education level) ትምህርት ደረጃ: Minimum of BA/BSC or MA/MSC Degree in Environmental Sciences, Geography, Sanitation, Health Sciences, or equivalent qualification
- Leenjii fi dandeettii (Training /skill) ስልጠና እና ችሎታ: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Muuxannoo (Working Experience)ስራ ልምድ: 3/1 years relevant work experience respectively in Social Science and 1yera in BSC.
