Position 1: Junior IT Officer
Job Description
- Provide network support and resolve network issues;
- Provide user support on the various available Bank’s system;
- Provide support and hardware maintenance on computer, printers, scanners and related devices;
- Install and configure computer hardware and required software;
- Maintaining end user domain accounts and related security settings centrally from a windows active directory.
- Provide network installation and preventive maintenance at branches;
- Work closely with other IT teams to provide end to end user support and issues resolution;
- Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers and systems correctly.
- Reports all security incidents to responsible IT unit or manager.
- If required, configuration and troubleshooting on Routers, Switches and Firewalls.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Short listed applicants include graduates of years 2020, 2021 and 2022 G.C with BSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields of study
- from one to two years of IT support including computer and printer hardware maintenance on hand experience is required.
- If the applicant has computer and printer hardware maintenance certificate such as A+ or local training certificates and on hand experience, it will be advantageous.
- CGPA 3 and Above

Position 2: Customer Service Officer-I for Sofumer Branch under Hawassa Area Office (Re-Advertised)
Job Description:
- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services.
- Listen to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
- Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
- Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
- Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
- Perform foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics or other related fields.
Work Experience:
One (1) year of Experience in banking operation as a Customer Service Officer
