Position 1: Program Analyst
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Program Manager and Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute program-related correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain program documentation, records, and files, ensuring they are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Support the Program Manager in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making and program improvements.
- Assist in coordinating program activities and events, including meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and implementation.
- Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, and communicate progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, risk management, and customer service, to facilitate program execution and address operational needs.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on program activities, challenges, and opportunities
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing ideas, knowledge, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in program coordination, project support, or administrative roles.
Competency/Prerequisites:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of the finance industry, lending processes, or digital platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with data management and reporting tools is an advantage

Position 2: Senior Marketing and Communication Lead
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Lead and executive comprehensive marketing strategies to increase KFT brand awareness. Stay ahead of the industry’s trends and emerging technologies to ensure digital presence.
- Presentation and Visualization Marketing: Create visual and impactful presentations to communicate internally and externally. Develop marketing materials that align with strategic objectives.
- Campaign Design and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including but not limited to social media and advertising platforms. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and formulate strategies to optimize KPI.
- Devising and Implementation: Develop and implement communication plans that convey the company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance KFT’s brand through developing consistent digital identity across all communication channels.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and present regular reports to SLT on marketing and communication performance.
- Budget Management: Management effectively marketing and communication budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Work closely with finance team to track and report on budget expenditures.
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or any related fields
- 10+ years of experience in related positions.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong proficiency in presentation design and visualization tools.
- In-depth knowledge of campaign design, execution, and performance analysis.

Position 4: Product Owner – Payment Infrastructure and Embedded Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Define the product vision and strategy for Payment Infrastructure and Embedded Finance, aligned with the company’s objectives and market trends. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Technology Innovation and Quality Assurance: Drive technology innovation within Payment Infrastructure and Embedded Finance products, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends. Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of product reliability, usability, and security. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement rigorous testing protocols and conduct regular code reviews to mitigate risks and ensure product integrity.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for Payment Infrastructure and Embedded Finance projects, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Track expenses and monitor financial performance against budgetary targets, adjusting as needed to ensure fiscal responsibility and project sustainability.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, business development, and third-party partners. Communicate product plans, progress updates, and key milestones effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or product ownership roles within the fintech industry.
- Proven trackrecord of successfully launching and managing payment infrastructure and embedded finance products, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Deep understanding of payment systems, wallets, cards, payment gateways, BNPL, device financing, and inventory data management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, security standards, and best practices in the fintech and payments industry.
