Position 1: Junior Trainer (Construction Technologist)
Educational Qualification:
BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Technology (Instructional Design, Training and Development, Civil Engineering & Electrical Engineering COC Certificate) 0 Years
Inviting only graduates of the 2025 & 2026 Academic Years
CGPA is 3.0 and above for males and 2.8 and above for females.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Position 2: Junior Human Resource officer
(Performance Management & Talent Development Officer)
Educational Qualification:
BA Degree in Business Administration Management, Business Management & Human Resource Management 0 Years
Inviting Only graduates of the 2025 & 2026 Academic Years
CGPA is 3.0 and above for males and 2.8 and above for females.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Position 3: Trainer (Construction Technologist)
Educational Qualification:
MSc & BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Technology (Instructional Design, Training and Development, Civil Engineering & Electrical Engineering COC Certificate)
With 0/2 Years of work experience in designing, developing and delivering training programs, Preferably in corporate or engineering.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Position 4: Senior Trainer (Construction Technologist)
Educational Qualification:
MSc & BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, COTM (Instructional Design, Training and Development, Civil Engineering & Electrical Engineering COC Certificate
With 2/4 years of work experience in designing, developing and delivering training programs, Preferably in corporate or engineering.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Deadline: November 10, 2026.
