Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Job Description
- Will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
- Is responsible to make/Check front office customer service support at the branch.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics or other related fields.
Work Experience: 0 years of experience
- Graduation Year should be 2022 & 2023
- CGPA above 2.5
- Age less than 30
Deadline: October 31, 2023
