Position 1: – Customer Service Officer-II (Re-Advertise).
Job Description
will handle/Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Work Experience:
3 years of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Office
Position 2: – Branch Manager-I (Re-Advertise).
Job Description
Plans organize, directs, and controls, through subordinate supervisors, the banking activities of the assigned branch.
Prepares and submits for annual approval budget and annual work plans and implements same upon approval.
Ensures that established operating policies and procedures are carried out with respect to acceptance of deposits, making of loans, providing safekeeping facilities, and receiving and paying out of cash.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Work Experience:
Six (6) years of Banking experience of which 2 Years at the supervisory level.

Job Description
Takes the necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents.
Checks and counter signs tickets and negotiable instruments.
Handles international money transfers like Western union.
Ensures that accounts are opened properly, and the necessary details are put into the system properly.
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Work Experience:
One (1) year of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.

Position 4: Office Administrator (Secretary)
Job Description:
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting letters, forms, and documents. Communicating with internal departments and with the customers.

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills
- Managing calls, and emails, to designated departments.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
- Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.

Qualification
BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Management, or other related fields.
Work Experience:
Two (2) years of secretarial position work experience.
