Buusaa Gonofaa Microfinance would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Customer Service Officer I
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- TVET (10+3) with 5–6 years of relevant work experience or TVET (10+4) with 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Relevant experience in customer service, front-office, or clerical support roles.
- Basic experience in handling records, forms, and service documentation is an advantage.
Skill and Competence required:
- Customer Service Excellence
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Client Protection Principles
- Basic KYC and Confidentiality
Duty station: Oromia region
Position 2: Branch Manager I
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- BA degree in Social Science with five years of relevant work experience.
- Professional background in microfinance, banking, or branch operations (advantage)..
- Relevant experience in microfinance or banking operations, preferably at the branch level.
Skill and Competence required:
- Microfinance Operations and Branch Procedures
- Credit and Savings Management
- AML/KYC and Regulatory Compliance
- Customer Service and Financial Literacy
- Basic computer skills and good written and oral communication skills.
Duty station: Oromia region
