Position 1: Human Resource Manager
About You
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office); experience with HR or ERP systems is an advantage.
