Position 1: GENERAL MANAGER TO PACKAGING AND PRINTING MANUFACTURING
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or Business Management
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with leadership role exposure
• Strong understanding of printing and packaging processes
• Experience in managing large teams and production lines
• Excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills

Location: Dukem, Oromia
Position 2: GENERAL MANAGER TO THE FACTORY
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from known university in business management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in food manufacturing sector, with at least 5 years in senior management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and production processes
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
