Our company was originally established in 1938 E.C. in Addis Ababa under the name SEDE, founded by four foreign nationals and one Ethiopian citizen with an initial capital of just 1,500 birrs. From its early years, the factory focused on producing Oxygen and Acetylene gases, Sedex Bleach, and wax products.
In 1976 E.C., CGCPF became a government-owned enterprise under the National Chemical Corporation, where our role was focused on production and inventory, while procurement and sales were managed centrally. With the dissolution of the corporation in 1985 E.C., we gained full operational autonomy under the Public Enterprise Service Authority (PESA).
Chora Gas and Chemical Product Factory would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Sales Invoice Officer
Education: – Diploma or BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing Management Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: – Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in invoicing, accounting, or sales administration (preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
The Sales Invoice Officer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and recording customer invoices accurately and timely. The role ensures that all sales transactions are properly documented, compliant with company policies and tax regulations, and aligned with internal accounting procedures.
Location: Addis Ababa
