Christian Blind Mission NGO would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: HR Generalist
These are your qualifications
- Degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experiences in Human Resources in an internationally acting company or NPO / NGO.
- Experience in office administration is of added advantage.
- Knowledge of all aspects of local labor laws. Understanding of international labor laws is an advantage.
- Digital mindset and open for change.
- Continuously looking for improvement and efficiency.
- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working.
- Open for intercultural environments.
- Professional proficiency in English and local official language.
- Adhere to CBM’s Code of Conduct.
- Identification with the Christian values and mission of CBM.
