Position 1: Branch Coordination Officer
Minimum Requirement:
- B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other Business related fields with 2 years related work experience .
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Security Service operation division manager
Minimum Requirement:
Master’s Degree in Economics or Management or Finance or Accounting or Marketing or Military Science or other related fields Or B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or Marketing or Military Science or other related fields with 8/10 years of experience
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Communication Officer
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in one or more of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Film Production, Multimedia Communication, Digital Media, Videography, Photography, Journalism, Mass Communication, or other related fields.
- Formal training or certification in videography, photography, Graphics Design, and video editing is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2/6 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia production for bachelor degree and diploma respectively.
- Proven experience in both camera operation and video editing.
- Experience in a newsroom, corporate communication unit, media organization, or public institution is preferable

Position 4: Maintenance Service Manager
Education:
- B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master’s Degree (MIS or M.Sc. in Engineering Management),
Experience:
- Minimum 10years of experience for BSC, 8 Years MSC/MIS, ATM operations, maintenance, or banking technology services & related,
- Minimum 8years of experience MSC/MIS, ATM operations, maintenance, or banking technology services & related
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing technical teams.
- Experience with ATM network management systems, vendor coordination, and project implementation.

Position 5: Senior Technical Trainer
Education:
- B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering & related field.
- Postgraduate Master’s Degree (MIS or M.Sc. in Engineering),
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience for BSC or Minimum of 2 years of experience for MSC in ATM maintenance or related technical service field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical training,
- Experience with multiple ATM models and diagnostic software or related
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 6: Senior Spare Parts & Inventory Officer
Education:
- B.Sc. (BA) Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Postgraduate studies or certifications in Inventory/Asset Management are advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience for BSC/BA in inventory or asset management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience MSC/BSC in inventory or asset management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Experience in handling high-value technical components (e.g., ATM, IT, or industrial equipment).

Position 7: Network (portal) Coordinator
Education:
- B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related discipline,
- MSC Degree or MSC/MIS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
- Specialized training in networking, IT operations, or systems monitoring preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years for BSC of experience in network operations, ATM monitoring, or IT systems administration,
- Minimum 3 years of experience for MSC in network operations, ATM monitoring, or IT systems administration.
- Experience working with ATM management portals, switches, or network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios or OEM monitoring platform etc.)
Experience in a banking or payment systems environment is highly desirable.

Position 8: Workshop Manager
Education:
- B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer science, or related technical field or
- Master’s Degree (MIS or M.Sc. in Engineering Management),
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance,
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position leading workshop teams.

Position 9: Senior Maintenance Engineer (ATM Workshop)
Education:
- B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Diploma in Electronics or technical training in ATM repairs with extensive and relevant experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance,
- At least 6 years ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance,
Experience with major ATM brands such as NCR, GRG, etc.

Position 10: Maintenance Engineer
Education:
- B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer science, or related field.
- Diploma in Electronics in repair/maintenance may be considered with relevant experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance.
Familiarity with major ATM brands (e.g., NCR, GRG, etc.
Number of people required: 18
Location: Addis Ababa ,Dire Dawa , Mekele, Adama, Hawasa, Bahirdar, Gondar, Jimma, Hosaina, Arba Minch, Dessie, Debre Birhan & Harar
Position 11: ATM Service Technician
Education:
- BSC Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field,
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.
Experience:
- Minimum 0 years of experience for BSC,
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Diploma in ATM maintenance, electronics repair, or related technical field.
Number of people required: 27
