COMMERCIAL NOMINEES PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: BRANCH MANAGER I
• Minimum Requirement
B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or Marketing or other Business related fields with 4 years of related work experience of which 2 years at Job Grade 7.
• Competency
• Thorough knowledge of business and financial management practices
• Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Company
• Ability to motivate , coordinate and direct subordinates;
• Communication and interpersonal skill
• Basic computer application skills
Position 2: WORKSHOP MANAGER
About You
Competency
Education:
• B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer science, or related technical field or
• Master’s Degree (MIS or M.Sc. in Engineering Management),
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position leading workshop teams.
Certifications (Preferred):
Training in Quality Management or Lean Maintenance practices is an advantage.
Position 3: MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
About You
Competency
Education:
• B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer science, or related field.
• Diploma in Electronics in repair/maintenance may be considered with relevant experience.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance.
Familiarity with major ATM brands (e.g., NCR, GRG, etc.
