- Education: BA Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Years of experience: A minimum of five years of relevant experience

Position 2: General Forman
Job Requirement
- Education: Diploma, Level 3 or Level 4 or above in building construction
- Years of experience: 8 years & above Work experience in complex high raising building construction
Required No: 5
Position 3: Office Engineer
Job Requirement
- Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or other related fields of study
- Years of experience: 3 years of experience
Required No: 4
Position 4: Site Engineer
Job Requirement
- Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or other related fields of study
- Years of experience: 3 years of work experience in construction of High rise buildings
Required No: 4
Position 5: Construction Engineer
Job Requirement
- Education: BSc in Construction Engineering or other related fields of study
- Years of experience: 5 years of direct work Experience specially in High rise building works
Required No: 3
Position 6: Project Manager
Job Requirement
- Education: MSc/BSc in Civil Engineering or related fields
- Years of experience: 8 years and above work experiences as a Project Manager in High rise building works
Required No: 2
