Position 1: Brand Management and Promotion Expert
Job Location: Market Research and Business Communication, Head Office.
Registration Place: (Bole, Dambel City Center 4th Floor (Kindly use lift no.06)
Requirements:
- Educational Background: BA, Degree in Marketing Management, Journalism and Communications, Languages and Literature, Business Management, Economics or other related field of studies.
- Experience: minimum of Five years relevant experience plus Banking experience is advantageous.
- Language proficiency: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Afan Oromo, Amharic and English are Mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance a company’s brand or reputation in the public’s eye.
- Supervise brand audit auditing across branches, districts and head offices
- Coordinate objectives with MRBC process
- Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand in liaising with content writers
- Analyze and support both Brand Management and Business Communication plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals
- Supervise and execute brand management plans
- Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
- Identify and monitor brand-building areas
- Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the Bank and brand positioning
- Develop and supervise brand innovation strategies and brainstorm new brand creative growth strategies
- Coordinate brand content management and information sharing among internal and external customers and divisions
- Provide design concept and supervise and maintain content for website, social media channels, and other visual communications medias for the Bank and develop, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and strategies
- Supervise all brand contents-design & publication/production and ensure meeting their specifications and standards
- The Brand Management Expert develops, prepares and/ or maintains documentations mainly, audiovisuals and other communication artworks pertaining to Brand and Promotions Team and MRBC process
- Coordinate with MRBC team and plan and coordinate customer and staff events
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and enhance a company’s brand or reputation in the public’s eye.

Position 4: – Content Development Expert/Editor

Requirements:
- Educational Background: BA degree in Media, Journalism or any other related field of studies.
- Experience: Minimum of Five years of relevant Experience. (Professional experience in journalism in printed and electronic media, copy writing is advantageous).
- Language proficiency: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Afan Oromo, Amharic and English are Mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Writing and editing of the materials and texts that will be posted on new web portal about the bank,
- Creating materials and updating content on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other as needed) related to Coopbank,
- Writing and editing stories about Coopbank’s relevant activities for the bank’s web site and other communication media,
- Preparation of other written educational/promotional/and informative materials
- Preparing press releases and speeches when required
- Write high-engagement content that reflects the brand’s voice
- Collaborate with team members to develop a variety of content marketing materials
- Produce error-free content that adheres to the brand guidelines
- Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts

- Initiating, organizing and managing marketing campaigns and roadshows.
- Managing the bank’s outdoor marketing efforts
- Coordinating with the advertising agencies and following up the tasks related with TVC and Radio ads,
- Conducting market research to identify customer trends, competitor banks’ offerings and demographic data.
- Discovering effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
- Investigating the performance of the bank’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Creating goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- Researching and analyzing variety of marketing information, including market trends, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data,

Requirements:
- Educational Background:10th Grade complete or equivalent with relevant driving license (ህዝብ 1, 3ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፊቃድ)
- Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience, additional training in mechanics is advantageous.
- Language proficiency: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Amharic and English are Mandatory. Having proficiency in other local languages are advantageous.
- Maximum age limit: 30 years old (30 inclusive).
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Checks km travelled and conditions of vehicles during taking over,
- Check vehicle’s status each day before driving,
- Serves the user organs with diligence as assigned by the manager
- Receive coupon and fill fuel, bring fuel receipt and settle, Takes the vehicle with ownership certificate to an inspection site,
- Handles vehicle of the bank properly,
- Carefully maintain vehicle keys,
Performs other related duties given by the supervisor.

Position 8: Motorist
- Job Location: Transport and General Service Team, Head Office.

Requirements:
- Educational Background and Experience: Grade 10 complete plus 1st grade driving license or equivalent with a minimum of two years of experience.
- Language proficiency: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Amharic and English are Mandatory. Having proficiency in other local languages are advantageous.
- Maximum age limit: 30 years old (30 inclusive).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive coupon and fills fuel and bring fuel receipt and settle the amount, Requests advance cash for postage from petty cash,
- Posts the mail to the concerned body and present cash receipt for settlement,
- Collects mails from post office and distribute them to the concerned organs and vice-versa,
- Handles motor-cycle of the bank properly,
- Performs other liaison activities as deemed necessary,
- Performs other related duties given by the supervisor.
