Position: Graduate Trainee (Agriculture)
Required Competency

Good understanding of the macro economy and banking industry of the country;

Actively pursues technical and personal self-development on an ongoing basis;

Required Education:
BA/BSc Degree in Horticulture, Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, Agro-Business, Plant Science, Agronomy, Animal Husbandry, Seed Science and Technology, Food Science, Apiculture, Plant Science and related fields with a minimum of CGPA of 3.0 and above.
Work Experience: Not required.
Workplace: Branches, Districts and Head Office
Other Requirements: Only graduates of 2021 and 2022.
The age of an applicant shall not exceed 27 years (inclusive).
