Position 1: – Production Manager
�� Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering related field
Who work to a transformer manufacturing
Minimum of 5-6 Years’ experience
Proven experience in production or manufacturing management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
We are seeking a capable and dynamic Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that production processes run efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with company goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of manufacturing workflows.
�� Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to meet customer demand and company objectives
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to maintain efficiency
Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
Evaluate and improve manufacturing systems to reduce costs and increase productivity
Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and HR departments to ensure smooth operations
Review employee performance and identify training needs
Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer expectations
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing strategies
�� Work Environment
On-site or hybrid depending on company structure
May require occasional travel to supplier or partner sites

Position 2: – Plant Manager
�� Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing leadership
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational costs
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead the operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, maintenance, safety, and quality assurance, ensuring that the plant runs efficiently and meets organizational goals.
�� Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity
Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing activities to meet production targets and customer expectations
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery
Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Lead and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
Collaborate with corporate leadership to align plant goals with company objectives
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of operational activities
Drive lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives

On-site leadership role in a fast-paced industrial setting
