Position: Contract Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Preparation to Execute Contract,
Contracts Management & Administration and Performance Monitoring:
Carry out adequate contract appreciation and verify that contractual terms are followed;
Recognize risks and devise risk-mitigation strategies within each Contract;
Develop and sustain client relationships both Governmental and Private;
Ensure that work for each Contract is measured, billed, certified, and collected in a timely and accurate manner;
Ensure claims and variations are identified, documented, and submitted for the client as per the Contract;
Prepare contractual letters, have them authorized by the Technical Project Coordinator or Resident Engineers, and send them to the client, Contractors, and other parties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and Technology (COTM) or MSC in Construction Management and Technology with a minimum experience of 4 years;
Well articulated writer and presenter with very good office work discipline ;
Punctual, team player and leadership capabilities that are outstanding;
