Position 1:Project Bid Sales Supervisor (Technical Sales Engineer)
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or bid management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, specifically within the electrical products or related industries.
Proven expertise in designing and specifying electrical systems and components.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and bid processes for large-scale electrical projects.
Excellent technical communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., CAD software, simulation tools) and CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for technical detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations for electrical installations

Position 2:Project Sales Representative
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Sales Management, or BSC degree in Electrical Engineering.
Proven sales experience, preferably within a similar industry in B2B sales.
Must have a valid driving license Grade Derek 1
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation abilities.
Capability to persuade clients to adopt the company’s products.
Proficient in identifying and resolving client issues to ensure satisfaction.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving KPIs and targets.
