Position 1: Finance Assistant
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or another directly related field from a recognized university or higher education institution.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Previous experience with an NGO or humanitarian organization is an advantage.
- Experience in bookkeeping, cash management, payment processing, and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong financial, analytical, numerical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Locations: Humera, Ethiopia

Position 2: Protection Assistant – Monitoring
Educational Qualification
- University Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Law, Social Work, International Development, or another relevant field from a recognized institution.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in humanitarian response and refugee/IDP protection.
- Experience with an international NGO, UN agency, relevant ministry, or local authority is an advantage.
- Experience conducting protection monitoring or assessments using tools such as Kobo and ActivityInfo.
- Experience working with displaced or conflict-affected populations.
Required Skills
- Strong data collection, analysis, reporting, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Kobo and other data collection or analysis tools is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
- Excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, Amharic, and Tigrigna.
