Job Summary:
The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/ IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers at assigned branch. This will entail sustaining customer satisfaction so as to retain existing and potential customers thereby generating additional business through cross-sell opportunities
Academic & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in business administration, banking, finance, management or related fields.
Trainings and courses in banking operations (IFB, domestic, credit and international banking operations)
Work Experience:
At least four (4) years of banking experience

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I

Job Summary
The Senior Customer Service Officer Cash/ Accounts will provide front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account management transactions, respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Academic & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields
Experience:
At least four (4) years of banking experience

Branch Relationship Manager I – IFB is responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling business development activities within the branch team in the assigned region. In addition, the role holder is also responsible
for attracting, deepening and managing financial relationship with IFB customers to meet deposit and investment financing growth goals. Moreover, the role holder is responsible for pursuing incremental business within the existing customer base, managing expectations to sustain the business relationship and providing business advice that will benefit the client and enhance value-add relationship with existing customers.
Academic & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, marketing management, business administration, banking, finance or related field.
