Dashen Bank SC would like to hire qualified Fresh graduate applicants for the following vacant position listed below.

Position: Customer Service Officer (Maker) – IFB

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer (Maker) – IFB is responsible to make front office customer service at the branch. S/he will handle account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Required Professional Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields
Basic understanding on Interest Free/ Islamic finance principles/ Sheria law supported by Diploma or Certificate in Interest Free Banking shall be given priority.

Work Experience:
Zero (0) year of experience
Not more than 25 years of age (for external applicants)

Technical Competency:

Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Understanding of Interest Free Banking Business products, cutomer nature and related risks.
Understanding of relevant Shari’ah requirements applicable to Islamic financial business
Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and good command of the core banking system.
