Position 1: Silica Sand Quarry Controller
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mining, Geological, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 0 and Above year and above of relevant quarry or heavy industry experience.
• Strong leadership, safety, planning, reporting, and communication skills.
Working Conditions
Outdoor quarry environment with exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and varying weather conditions.
Location: Jema, (Around Lemi), Amhara

Position 2: Sand Plant and Cullet Plant Supervisor
Qualification Requirements
• BSc Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mineral Processing, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 4 and above years’ experience in a relevant in glass manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Required Knowledge and skills (Competence)
Education
- 10th grade complete and 3rd grade driving license
Experience
- 4 years of relevant work experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of the regulations of the transport authority
- Skill in operation of assigned vehicle
- Ability to build relationships quickly with a wide range of people, both internally and externally’
