Position 1: Site Engineer (Customer Service Delegate)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related sales position is preferred/required.
- Strong knowledge of construction, building materials, drawings, and basic site operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently conduct property/site presentations for clients.
- Customer-oriented, target-driven, and proactive.
- Willingness to work at project sites and interact directly with clients.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Accountant
Qualifications:
- 7+yearsrelevant work experience which 2 of them shall be in a Senior Role
- Workexperience in a real estate or Construction environment is advantageous
- Proventrack record related to successful tax audit
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
