Digital Equb Financial Technologies PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: – Customer supervisor head

Required Qualification and Experience:

 Education: a degree in social or any other related field.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Basic IT and Networking knowledge.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Key Competencies:

Empathy and Patience: Ability to understand and address customer needs with sensitivity.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently.

Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and professional communication.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and understand product details and technical aspects.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Position 2: – Senior Internal Auditor

Required Qualification and Experience

Education: Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal or external auditing, with a proven track record of leading audit projects.

Experience Level: Senior and “if He/she has an experience in a financial technology or Microfinance companies “

Skills:

Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal controls.

Proficient in data analysis and audit software/tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
