NEO’s mission is to be a unified fintech entity for lending, payment, and transfers that will create a unique digital-first financial services (Finserv) brand for the Ethiopian market.
Neo Microfinance Institution S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Senior Internal Auditor (HO)
Job Requirement
Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Work Experience: 4/6 years of relevant/direct experience in Microfinance Institutions
Special Skill: Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel
of vacant Positions:1
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Cashier
Job Requirement
Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Work Experience: 2/3 years of relevant work experience
Special Skill: Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel
of vacant Positions:1
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Chief Internal Audit Manager
Job Requirement
Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Work Experience: 5/6 years with relevant work experience & 3 years in managerial position in Microfinance Institutions is mandatory
Special Skill: Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel

Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Deadline: June 12, 2025
