DMC Construction PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Site Administrator’s
Required Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years in site administrator position (construction/property operations required)
- Field coordination experience and administrative proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a site/camp work environment
Core Competencies:
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities
- Proven multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with construction companies
- Knowledge of construction administration and management principles
- Fluent in English and the local language (written/spoken).
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt HR policies to Ethiopia’s labor laws and local workforce dynamics
- Implement emergency response protocols for remote site conditions
- Coordinate with Addis Ababa HQ on compliance, payroll, and critical shipments
- Coordinate field logistics and administrative workflows
Location: Nekemte Airport project Site
Position 2: Audit Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of auditing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, In construction company is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive audit plans, defining scope, objectives, and testing methodologies.
- Lead the day-to-day management of audit engagements from inception to completion.
- Oversee fieldwork, manage budgets, and ensure audit timelines are met.
Team leadership and management
- Manage, coach, and mentor junior audit staff and senior auditors.
- Provide regular performance feedback and training to foster professional growth.
- Organize and allocate team resources effectively based on skill sets and project timelines.
Reporting and communication
- Develop clear, concise, and accurate audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Present audit results to senior management, and clients, articulating complex issues clearly.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and assess key business process risks and internal control gaps.
- Ensure audit activities comply with relevant regulations, accounting Recommend actionable improvements to internal controls and business processes.
