DMC Construction would like to invite competent and qualified Candidates for the following vacant positions.
Position 1: Insurance Officer
General Duties and Responsibilities:
The Insurance Officer plans, coordinates and implements activities assigned to him/her. Buys insurance coverage for the company’s properties, settles insurance claims, renews insurance agreements and pays insurance premiums. Keeps insurance related documents safe in soft and hard copies.
Job Requirements:
B.A. Degree in Banking & Insurance or Management
Work Experience: A minimum of 3(thtee) years’ relevant work experienceIn-depth knowledge of the different types of insurance plans including vehicle, home, and business.
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in computers and statistical analysis software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Well Qualified and who is enriched in the relevant experience of Electrical design works on Real Estate Construction companies as well as on high rise Buildings for 6(six) and more years .
Who is familiar with Electrical design soft wares.
Who can prepare Electrical designs for residential buildings.
Who is well initiated on proposing and presenting design options.
Position 4: Mechanical Engineer
Job Requirements:
Well Qualified and who is enriched in the relevant experience of Mechanical/Electro Mechanical design works on Real Estate Construction companies as well as on high rise Buildings for 6(six) and more years .
Who is familiar with Mechanical design soft wares.
Who can prepare Mechanical designs for residential buildings.
Who is well initiated on proposing and presenting design options.
Position 5: Structural Engineer
Job Requirements:
Well Qualified and who is enriched in the relevant experience of Building Structural Designs on Real Estate Construction companies as well as on high rise Buildings for 6(six) and more years.
Who is familiar with Structural design soft wares.
Who can prepare Structural designs for residential buildings.
Who is well initiated on proposing and presenting different cost effective design options.
