Position 1: Jr. Customer Experience Officer
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business, Customer Service Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or front-facing service roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to use phones, chat platforms, and customer support systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Basic data entry and reporting skills using Google Sheets or CRM dashboards.
Positive attitude and strong accountability.
Customer-oriented with a positive service mindset.
Communication and negotiation skills.

Position 2: Junior Battery Swapper
Qualification:
Degree with relevant knowledge or training in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Only 2025/2026 graduates.
Ability to use mobile applications confidently and accurately.
Must have an Android smartphone.
Working time is eight hours per day within the time window of 6:00 AM–10:00 PM.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Ability to lift and carry batteries weighing up to 32 kg.

Position 3: Junior Accountant
Qualification:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or 6 months of experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial operations is an advantage.

Position 4: Assembly Technician
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field, or TVET qualification in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience for TVET graduates.
Minimum of 1 year of experience for university graduates working in a factory setting with similar products such as E2W or E3W is preferable.
Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
Basic computer skills, including Google Workspace, are an advantage.
Ability to multitask.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.

Requirement:
