Dodai is a fast growing organization with a mission of making e-mobility accessible to everyone in Africa through its innovative products and services.
Dodai plans to provide brand new electric two wheelers by assembling them here in Addis Ababa and plans to expand to major regional cities in Ethiopia by the end of 2024. It’s thus looking to engage dynamic Ethiopian talent to ensure the achievement of its goals.
Dodai Manufacturing would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Quality Assurance Officer
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or closely related fields
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a factory setting preferably with similar products (E2W, E3W etc.)
Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to multitask.
Outstanding time management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Warehouse Team Leader
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
Work Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
Proficiency in manufacturing-focused ERP systems like SAP, Cin7, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Good skills in MS Office and reporting.
Location: Addis Ababa
