Position 1: Junior People and Administration Officer
JOB Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in business fields such as Management, HR, Business Administration or closely related fields
6 Months – 1 year experience in a fast paced environment in a similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Excellent organizational skills and efficiency;
Excellent sense of initiative, ability to set priorities and work under pressure with accuracy and dedication;
Good knowledge of the Ethiopian labor legislation
Good experience working with basic technology tools such as word, excel, email etc.

Position 2: Junior Logistics Officer
JOB Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields
0 to 1 year of experience
Aptitude for math and proficiency with computers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility

Position 3: Electrical Technician
JOB Requirements:
Level 4 and above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electrical diagnostics and repair (preferably with e-bikes or light electric vehicles)
Strong understanding of DC systems, battery management, and electric motor operations
Ability to read wiring diagrams and use electrical testing tools
Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and good problem-solving skills
Familiarity with basic reporting tools or CRMs is an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
Soldering and circuit repair
Experience with lithium-ion battery systems
Basic mechanical knowledge (for cross-support when needed)
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
Workshop and field-based (may be required to travel to customer locations occasionally)
Use of safety gear and PPE required
May include weekend or overtime work during peak service periods

Position 4: Mechanical Technician
JOB Requirements:
Level 4 and above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bicycle or motorcycle mechanical repair
Proficiency in MIG or arc welding (formal training or certification preferred)
Strong knowledge of brake systems, gear assemblies, and structural alignment
Familiarity with workshop tools, safety procedures, and quality standards
Ability to follow repair checklists and document work accurately
Preferred Skills:
Basic fabrication or frame modification experience
Familiarity with e-bike components is a strong advantage
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good attention to detail and time management
Working Conditions:
Workshop and occasional field-based work (on-site repairs)
Regular use of PPE and workshop tools, including welding equipment
May require extended hours during peak repair seasons
