The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) is a public enterprise established on 18 Dec. 2015 based on Council of Ministers Regulation No. 366/2015 with an authorized capital of Birr 20,313,608,143.90. Out of which Birr 15,598,806,251.43 paid up in cash and in-kind. Council of Ministers Regulation No. 390/2016 has amended the establishment of the corporation, on 28 Sep. 2016.
Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Junior Insurance Officer – Fresh Graduates
Educational Qualification:
BSc Degree in Management, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
Only graduates from the 2025 and 2026 academic years are eligible.
Work Experience:
No previous work experience is required (0 years).
Minimum CGPA
Male applicants: 3.00 and above.
Female applicants: 2.80 and above.
Required Skills:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Good recordkeeping and document management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
Number of people required : 3
Position 2: Nurse
Educational Qualification:
MSc or BSc Degree in Nursing.
A valid professional nursing licence is required.
Work Experience:
MSc Degree: 0 years of work experience.
BSc Degree: 2 years of work experience.
Required Skills:
Strong patient care and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to patient safety and accurate medical recordkeeping.
Ability to respond effectively to emergency healthcare situations.
Number of people required : 10
Position 3: Senior Environment and Workplace Safety Officer
Educational Qualification:
MSc or BSc Degree in Environmental Science and Public Health.
Work Experience:
MSc Degree: 2 years of relevant work experience.
BSc Degree: 4 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of environmental protection and occupational health and safety practices.
Ability to identify workplace hazards and assess environmental risks.
Understanding of environmental legislation and workplace safety regulations.
Strong inspection, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to recommend corrective and preventive safety measures.

Position 4: Lead Publishing and Editorial Officer (Video & Photo Editor)
Educational Qualification:
MA or BA Degree in Print Journalism, Linguistics, or a related field.
Work Experience:
MA Degree: 4 years of relevant work experience.
BA Degree: 6 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong video editing, colour grading, and audio mixing skills.
Experience in motion graphics and basic visual effects.
Creative storytelling, scriptwriting, and storyboard development.
Ability to produce professional corporate videos and photographic content.
Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to build strong professional working relationships.
Important Experience Requirement
Only work experience gained after obtaining the required educational qualification will be considered.
Employment evidence must indicate employment tax payment, salary, and duration of service.
